Table è un progetto editoriale che racconta il rapporto tra vino, cibo e stagioni attraverso lo sguardo di Venezia, la sua luce e il suo tempo lento.

Al centro del racconto c’è la Malvasia, esplorata nelle sue 19 varietà, come chiave per leggere territori, culture e stagioni.
Venezia è il punto di partenza, una città di riflessi e silenzi, dove la luce accompagna il ritmo della tavola e del paesaggio.

Il progetto si sviluppa attraverso cicli stagionali — Winter Table , Spring Table, Summer Table e Autumn Table — ciascuno dedicato a un diverso modo di abitare il tempo.

I testi sono pubblicati su Substack, una piattaforma editoriale internazionale che permette di condividere queste storie con una comunità di lettori attenta e sensibile.

Table — Stories of Wine & Food
 
Table is an editorial project that explores the relationship between wine, food and the seasons through the lens of Venice, its light and its sense of time.

At the heart of the project is Malvasia, explored through its 19 grape varieties, as a way to understand territories, cultures and seasonal rhythms. Venice is the starting point: a city of reflections and silences, where light shapes both landscape and table.

The project unfolds through seasonal chapters — Winter Table, Spring Table, Summer Table and Autumn Table — each dedicated to a different way of inhabiting time.
