Table Venice
Table Venice è un progetto editoriale che racconta il rapporto tra vino, cibo e stagioni attraverso lo sguardo di Venezia, la sua luce e il suo tempo lento.
Al centro del racconto c’è la Malvasia, esplorata nelle sue diciannove varietà italiane come chiave per leggere territori, culture, paesaggi e tradizioni. Venezia è il punto di partenza: una città di riflessi e silenzi, dove la luce accompagna il ritmo della tavola e il mutare delle stagioni.
Il progetto si sviluppa attraverso quattro cicli stagionali - Winter Table, Spring Table, Summer Table e Autumn Table - ciascuno dedicato a un diverso modo di osservare, assaporare e abitare il tempo.
Su Substack, Table Venice prende forma attraverso racconti, fotografie, vini, ricette e incontri: un diario stagionale dedicato a Venezia e ai territori italiani, pensato per chi ama scoprire il cibo e il vino come espressioni di cultura, memoria e bellezza.

Table Venice
Table Venice is an editorial project exploring the relationship between wine, food and the seasons through the perspective of Venice, its light and its unhurried sense of time.
At the heart of the narrative is Malvasia, explored through its nineteen Italian grape varieties as a key to understanding territories, cultures, landscapes and traditions. Venice is the starting point: a city of reflections and silences, where light accompanies the rhythm of the table and the changing seasons.
The project unfolds through four seasonal chapters - Winter Table, Spring Table, Summer Table and Autumn Table - each devoted to a different way of observing, tasting and inhabiting time.
On Substack, Table Venice takes shape through stories, photographs, wines, recipes and encounters: a seasonal journal dedicated to Venice and the Italian territories, created for readers who see food and wine as expressions of culture, memory and beauty.
